Who We Are

The Mighty Acorn Counseling offers therapy in most areas with experienced counselors. With our sessions offerred via office visits, online video sessions (aka "tele-therapy" or "tele-counseling"), and within physician's offices, we make our sessions convenient for our clients. 

Our clients have access to online scheduling, registration, account information, history, & more. Most insurance plans are accepted (including Ohio Medicaid plans).

Video sessions

With tele-therapy, you can schedule your session and meet with your counselor by secure video call.

Office sessions

Need to see a counselor in person? We have multiple locations around central Ohio.

We accept most insurances, cash, and EAP (employee assistance program). Including Ohio Medicaid insurances.

Most clients who begin our therapy services have multiple diagnoses. Our counselors guide you through the processes to bring a positive outlook in each area.

Chief Executive Officer

Robert Oaks leads the "TMAC Team" with knowledge, high level education, over two decades of experience, & a passion to help his clients and team succeed. As the Clinical Director, Robert ensures every counselor has proper training, supervision, & the resources they need to excel in helping each client raise the standard for everyday quality of living.

As the owner, Robert strives daily to push the boundaries within the mental health & counseling industry with a compassion to deliver access to the resources each individual in our community may need. This compassion flows into his client sessions as he continues to provide counseling support to both current and new clients. Robert continues to be an advocate and is succeeding in expansion to provide therapy to all whom need it.
